摘要
体育素养旨在培育学生终身锻炼习惯,对全面推动学校体育事业发展有着巨大的推动力。本研究采用结构方程模型研究方法,从自我效能、教师支持、家庭支持、媒体支持和学校环境政策5个方面分析影响大学生体育素养的相关指标与潜在变量,并揭示了各影响因素与大学生体育素养之间的关系。研究结论:1)家庭支持、媒体支持和教师支持是影响大学生体育素养的主要因素;2)五个影响因素对体育素养的影响力由大到小依次为:家庭支持、媒体支持、教师支持、自我效能和学校环境政策;3)提出可沿着“目标层—支持层—保障层”的路径培养大学生体育素养。
Physical literacy aims to cultivate students'lifelong exercise habits and offers a great impetus to promote the development of physical education.In this study,structural equation model was used to analyze the indicators and potential variables affecting college students'physical literacy from five aspects of self-efficacy,teacher support,family support,media support and school policy environment,and to reveal the correlation between each influencing factor and college students'physical literacy.Conclusions:1)Family support,media support and teacher support are the main factors affecting college students'physical literacy;2)The influence of five influencing factors on physical literacy in descending order:family support,media support,teacher support,self-efficacy and school environmental policy;3)It is suggested that college students'physical literacy can be cultivated along the path of“target layer,support layer and guarantee layer”.
