摘要
针对表壳零件具有形状复杂、精度高、壁薄易变性、难加工等特点,首先通过零件图纸分析,设计出满足表壳零件批量加工的专用夹具和工艺,利用UGNX12.0数控加工模块设计出合适的五轴联动加工刀路并进行优化。最后将设计的工艺和程序最后经过五轴机床上进行验证。实验证明:设计的工艺过程有效地解决了细小表壳零件的加工难题,保证零件的公差要求,高效地完成了表壳零件的数控加工。
In view of the watch case parts have the characteristics of complex shape,high precision,thin wall and variability,difficult to process,etc.Firstly,through the process analysis of parts drawing,a special fixture and process for batch processing of watch case parts are designed,the suitable five axis machining tool path is designed and optimized by using UGNX12.0 NC machining module.Finally,the design process and program are verified on the five axis machine tool.Experiments show that,The technological process designed in this paper can effectively solve the processing problem of small watch case parts,ensure the form and position tolerance of the parts,and finish the numerical control machining of the watch case parts efficiently.
