摘要
逆向创新设计一直是工程领域探索的重要课题,以2种不同曲面的基座作为研究对象,应用Win3D型三维扫描仪及Geomagic Wrap软件采集模型的点云数据,并通过逆向设计软件Geomagic Design X对2种不同曲面的基座进行融合创新,应用UG软件加工模块编写创新基座模型的切削加工程序,并对该程序进行机床仿真加工和机床实际加工试验。试验结果表明,加工样件与研究模型误差不超过0.02 mm,满足工程需求,而且逆向技术与数控加工技术的融合可缩短军工科研院所对产品的更新周期,对企业发展具有重要意义。
Reverse innovation design has always been an important topic in the field of engineering exploration.We took two different curved base as research objects,collected point cloud data of the model by using Win3D 3D scanner and Geomagic Wrap software,and used the reverse design software Geomagic Design X to integrate and innovate two different curved base holders.The UG software processing module was used to write the cutting program of the innovative model of the base,and the program was simulated by the machine tool and the actual machining experiment of the machine tool.The experimental results showed that the error between the machined sample and the research model did not exceed 0.02 mm,which met the needs of the project.It also showed that the integration of reverse technology and NC machining technology could shorten the product update cycle of the military research institute and was of great significance to the development of the enterprise.
