摘要
探讨色纺并条技术。针对色纺并条个性化需求,通过从工艺技术、机器选型、功能配置、车间隔离布局、送排风气流控制等多方面采取措施,最终保证了色纺并条色比均匀、调色补色和工艺变换精准快捷,并能有效防止异色飞花、棉条打折等技术问题。认为,色纺不同于本色纺,只有有效地解决以上各项技术问题,才能满足色纺个性化的质量需求。
Colored spun drawing technology was discussed. According to individual demands of colored spinning drawing,a series of measures were adopted from processing technology, equipment selection, functional configurations, workshop isolation arrangement, supply and exhaust control et al. Finally colored spun drawing color ratio can be ensured even,color mix complementary and processing change can be fast and accurate. Heterochromatic fly and cotton sliver bending can be avoided effectively. It is considered that colored spun is different to gray colored spun. Individual quality demands of colored spun can be reached when the above measures were soluted effectively.
