摘要
在我国煤矿企业运作过程中,安全生产已经成为了重要战略目标之一,在很大程度上决定了煤矿企业能否实现长远可持续发展。为提升煤矿安全培训工作的效果,需重视内部员工的安全培训教育活动,以保证安全生产目标的实现。首先阐述了煤矿员工安全培训工作的重要意义,接着在安全培训工作开展现状的基础上,从做好员工培训需求分析、全面融入信息化培训技术、构建完善全面的培训制度、激发员工的自主学习意识、灵活使用各类培训方法等5个方面,提出了煤矿员工安全培训工作的有效开展方式。
In the operation process of coal mine enterprises in China,safety production has become one of the important strategic objectives,which determines whether coal mine enterprises can achieve long-term sustainable development to a great extent.In order to improve the effect of coal mine safety training,we should pay attention to the safety training and education activities of internal employees to ensure the realization of safety production objectives.Firstly,the significance of safety training for coal mine employees is introduced,and then,based on the current situation of safety training,the effective way of safety training for coal mine employees are put forward from five aspects of doing a good job in employee training demand analysis,fully integrating information training technology,building a perfect and comprehensive training system,stimulating employees’self-learning awareness,and using various training methods.
