摘要
目的探讨雾霾对支气管哮喘患者肺功能的影响。方法选取于2016年1—10月在华北理工大学附属医院门诊及住院的支气管哮喘患者140例,其中男68例,女72例。分别于2016年11月、2016年12月、2017年1月、2017年2月的每月末前后对所有患者进行定期随访及测定进行PEF%pred、FEV1%pred等肺功能指标,同时受试者在专门培训过的人员指导下完成哮喘控制评价量表(asthma control test,ACT)测定,同时在随访期间2016年11月及12月、2017年1月及2月记录实时监测的PM2.5峰值及均值,分析每月不同水平PM2.5与肺功能及ACT评分的关系。结果2016年11—12月、2017年1月及2月实时监测的PM2.5峰值及均值的最大值均出现在2016年12月份,PM2.5均值在各月份之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不同PM2.5暴露水平下,各月份FEV1%pred、PEF%pred及ACT评分之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雾霾可能造成支气管哮喘患者肺功能及ACT评分降低,进一步加重支气管哮喘病情。
Objective To explore the effect of haze on lung function of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of one hundred and forty patients with bronchial asthma who were outpatients and inpatients in the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology from January 2016 to October 2016 were selected, including 68 male patients and 72 female patients.All patients were followed up regularly before and after the end of each month in November 2016,November 2016,December 2016,January 2017 and February 2017,and lung function indexes such as PEF%pred and FEV1%pred were measured.Under the guidance of personnel, complete the Asthma Control Test(ACT) measurement.At the same time, during the follow-up period in November and December 2016,January and February 2017,real-time monitoring of PM2.5 peaks and averages were recorded, and the relationship between monthly different levels of PM2.5 and lung function and ACT was analyzed.Results The maximum values of PM2.5 peak and mean values monitored in November and December 2016,and January and February 2017 all appeared in December 2016.The PM2.5 mean values were different among the months, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Under different PM2.5 exposure levels, FEV1%pred, PEF%pred and ACT scores were different in each month, and the results were comparable(P<0.05).Conclusion Haze may reduce the lung function and ACT score of patients with bronchial asthma, and further aggravate the condition of bronchial asthma.
