摘要
社区韧性在降低灾害、风险、危机等对人类社会的影响方面具有重要作用,而作为促进社区韧性提升的重要资源,社会资本的作用正日益受到学界的重视。基于社会资本视角,聚焦社区韧性建设主题,从回答什么是社区韧性,什么是社区韧性建设中的社会资本,社会资本如何影响社区韧性,如何通过社会资本建设提升社区韧性等问题着手,对国内外相关文献进行了系统梳理。结果发现,不同类型的社会资本对社区韧性建设的作用机制不同。当面对长期性的挑战时,要在维系社区粘合性社会资本的同时,通过多种路径加强桥梁性社会资本和连接性社会资本建设。针对相关研究存在的不足,应突破案例研究与逻辑归纳的局限,运用多种方法对变量之间更细微的关联与作用机制进行检验,国内研究还需要注重将社区韧性建设与社会治理创新工作相结合,建立自上而下与自下而上双向互动的社区韧性建设机制。
Community resilience has positive value in reducing the impact of disasters,risks and crises on human society. As an important resource to promote the improvement of community resilience,the role of social capital has been paid more and more attention by academic circles. Focusing on the theme of community resilience construction from the perspective of social capital,this paper has tried to answer the four questions of"What is community resilience""What is social capital in the construction of community resilience""How social capital affects community resilience"and"How to improve the community resilience through social capital construction"by making a comprehensive review of literatures. It is found that different types of social capital have different mechanisms to build community resilience. When facing long-term challenges, we should strengthen the construction of bridging social capital and linking social capital while maintaining the bonding social capital of the community through multiple paths. In view of the shortcomings of relevant research,we should break through the limitations of case study and logical induction,and use diverse methods to test the more detailed correlation and action mechanism between variables. Domestic research also needs to focus on the combination of community resilience construction and social governance innovation to establish a top-down and bottom-up community resilience construction mechanism.
