摘要
抗菌药物在动物的疫病预防与控制中作为常用药物为畜牧业健康发展起到了重要作用,然而随着耐药性的产生,如何继续在畜牧业生产中合理使用抗菌药物以发挥其作用,需要进一步研究。文章梳理了抗菌药物的发现、发展、贡献及困境,介绍了耐药性的形成、机制、影响及超级细菌的诞生,阐述了动物源细菌耐药性的产生背景和危害影响,总结了世界各国和我国应对细菌耐药性的做法,并对畜禽养殖业如何应对"后抗菌药物时代"提出了四方面建议。
Antibiotics play an important role in the prevention and control of animal diseases.However,with the emergence of drug resistance,how to continue the rational use of antibiotics in animal husbandry to play the role of antibiotics needs to be further studied.The found and development of antibiotics,contribution and difficulties were combed.The formation of resistance,mechanism,influence and the birth of the super bacteria were introduced.The background and harm of animal origin bacteria resistance influence were expounded.The countries all over the world and China’s response to the practice of bacterial drug resistance were summurized,and four suggestions on how to deal with the"post antibacterial era"were put forword.
