摘要
综合考虑共享电动汽车行业中面临的基础设施不足、租赁网点较少、布局不合理以及无法满足顾客租车需求等问题,探讨了共享电动汽车网点选址相关影响因素、模型的构建及求解方法.考虑了以公司收益最大、运营成本最小、出行总距离最短为目标,以共享电动汽车网点与需求点间的距离、网点间的距离和网点覆盖率等约束条件,构建了共享电动汽车网点选址模型,结合问题及模型特征,设计并改进了免疫算法求解共享电动汽车网点选址方案,最后以兰州市安宁区共享电动汽车租赁网点布局设置为例,验证了改进免疫算法的可行性与有效性.
Some problems of insufficient infrastructure,fewer rental stations,unreasonable layout and inability to meet the needs of customers for car rental in the shared electric vehicle industry had been comprehensively considered,while the relevant influencing factors,model construction and solution methods for the location of shared electric vehicle stations are discussed.The maximum earnings,minimum operation cost,and the shortest travel distance were taken as the research objects.The study takes into account constraints such as the distance between a shared electric vehicle stations and the demand point,the distance between the stations,and the coverage of the stations,finally the shared electric vehicle station location model is established.Combined with the problem and model characteristics,an immune algorithm is designed and improved to solve the shared electric vehicle stations location scheme.Finally taking the layout of the shared electric vehicle rental stations in Anning District of Lanzhou as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the improved immune algorithm are verified.
