摘要 为了更加实时呈现施工进度监控结果,为管理者及时做出调整、保障工期奠定基础,设计了基于BIM技术的煤矿工程施工进度监控系统。设计包括数据采集层、数据处理层、BIM模型层及应用层的监控系统,由采集层采集现场施工数据,经处理层处理并提取有用信息实施匹配与识别后,由BIM模型层构建BIM实时模型,向应用层导入该模型信息并实施运算,可视化展现所得进度与成本监控报告,实现施工进度监控。结果表明,该系统可有效监控煤矿工程各项目各阶段施工进度与成本,监控结果显示A1、B1、B2阶段现实与预计施工费用一致,其余阶段超出预计费用;A1—A5、B1、B2等阶段现实与规划进度一致,B6、B7、A8阶段现实施工进度延迟严重,延迟时间为3~4 d,监控结果可为保障工期提供帮助。 In order to present the monitoring results of construction progress in real time and lay a foundation for managers to make timely adjustments and guarantee the construction period,a coal mine project construction progress monitoring system based on BIM technology was designed.Design a monitoring system including data acquisition layer,data processing layer,BIM model layer and application layer.The acquisition layer collects on-site construction data,and after the processing layer processed and extracted useful information for matching and identification,the BIM model layer constructs a BIM real-time model,import the model information to the application layer and implement operations,visualize the progress and cost monitoring reports obtained,and realized construction progress monitoring.The results showed that the system can effectively monitor the construction progress and cost of each stage of the coal mine project.The monitoring results showed that the actual and estimated construction costs of stages A1,B1 and B2 were consistent with the expected construction costs,and the remaining stages exceed the expected costs;stages A1-A5,B1,B2 and other stages reality was consistent with the planned progress.The actual construction progress of stages B6,B7 and A8 was seriously delayed,and the delay time was 3~4 days.The monitoring results could help to ensure the construction period.
