摘要
针对前人研究的不足,提出了一种井巷工程无缝快速开挖新方法。该方法地质模型采用广义三棱柱(GTP)构建,并借助"最小顶点标识法"将地质模型转换为三角形集合组成的边界表示模型;井巷工程模型则采用"断面构模法"直接构建成三角形集合的边界表示建模,地质体模型与井巷工程模型通过三角形间的优化局部层次求交算法,实现了井巷工程快速无缝开挖模拟及空间分析。应用实例表明,该方法快速可靠,能够满足数字矿山对井巷工程设计及空间分析要求。
A new method of tunnel engineering seamless excavating was put forward based on the deficiency of previous studies.In this method,the geological model was created by generalized tri-prism(GTP) volume based on the smallest vertex identifier(SVID),this model can convert into the B-Rep model made up of triangles.The model of tunnel was created by section method;the model was also formed by triangles.The simulation and special analysis of tunnel engineering seamless excavating was realized by optimizing Local Hierarchical Intersection(LHI) algorithm between triangles of the geological model and tunnel engineering model.The application case shows that this method is fast and effective,and it can satisfy the need of design and special analysis for tunnel engineering of digital mine.
