摘要
中风后失语症是中风最具破坏性的功能障碍之一,严重影响患者的身心健康,加重了家庭和社会的负担。近年来,以针刺为主的相关疗法在治疗中风后失语症方面具有一定优势并广泛应用于临床。目前临床上针对中风后失语症常用的疗法有针刺疗法、药物治疗、言语康复训练、重复经颅磁刺激及经颅直流电刺激等。通过总结分析目前临床研究中存在的不足,为今后的临床研究提供新的思路与方向。
Post-stroke aphasia is one of the most destructive cognitive disorders in stroke,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients and increases the burden of family and society.In recent years,acupuncture combined therapy has showed great advantages in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia and are widely used in clinic.At present,acupuncture therapy,medication therapy,speech rehabilitation training,repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation and transcranial direct current stimulation are commonly used in the treatment of post-stroke aphasia.This study also summarized the shortcomings of clinical researches,which provided new ideas and directions for future clinical researches.
