摘要
安军明教授认为,中风后失语症的主要病因为风、痰、瘀,其治疗中风后失语症时,主要以醒脑开窍、泻火逐痰、祛瘀通经为主。安教授治疗中风后失语症的主穴为百会、四神聪、廉泉、八邪、印堂、风池、太阳。安教授通过刺激百会穴来调节督脉,从而增强患者的运动与认知功能,又因百会为诸阳之会,统一身之阳气,通过针刺百会穴及其四周的四神聪穴,共奏调理神窍,开喑利咽之功。安教授在治疗时还常取足太阳膀胱经穴位。针刺通过对经络穴位的刺激,加强了人体气血的运行,达到温经散寒、调和气血的目的。
According to Professor An Jun-ming,the main causes of aphasia after stroke are wind,phlegm and blood stasis.The treatment of aphasia is mainly to activate brain for resuscitation,disperse fire and expel phlegm,remove blood stasis and dredge the channels.The main acupuncture points selected by Professor An include Baihui(DU 20),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Lianquan(RN 23),Baxie(EX-UE9),Yintang(EX-HN3),Fengchi(GB 20) and Taiyang(EX-HN5).Professor An regulates GV by stimulating Baihui(DU 20),so as to enhance the patients′ motor and cognitive functions.Because Baihui(DU 20) is the meeting point of all yang,governing the whole body′s yang qi.By needling Baihui(DU 20) and Sishencong(EX-HN1),he uses the function of regulating the mind and opening the mouth and benefiting the pharynx.Professor An often takes the acupoints of the bladder meridian of the foot Taiyang.By stimulating the meridians acupoints,acupuncture strengthens the movement of qi and blood in human body and achieves the purpose of warming meridians,dispersing cold and harmonizing qi and blood.
