摘要
目的:探析药房管理中应用PDCA循环管理法的效果。方法:选取2020年1-6月患者750例作为对照组,沿用常规药房管理模式。选取2020年7-12月患者750例作为观察组,实施PDCA循环管理法。比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组取药等候时间及药物治疗费用均低于对照组,服务满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药房环境管理、药物储藏与摆放管理、药品发放及调配管理、药房工作人员舒适度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组药房差错事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药品库存量充足率明显高于对照组,缺药次数及药品批号管理失误率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理法应用于药房管理,可提高药品管理质量及药房服务满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of applying PDCA cycle management method in pharmacy management.Methods:From January to June in 2020,750 patients were selected as the control group.They received the conventional pharmacy management model.From July to December in 2020,750 patients were selected as the observation group.They implemented the PDCA cycle management method.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The waiting time of dispensing and drug treatment cost of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the score of service satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The scores of pharmacy environment management,drug storage and placement management,drug distribution and dispensing management,and the comfort of pharmacy staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of pharmacy error events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The adequacy rate of drug inventory in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the times of drug shortage and the error rate of drug batch number management were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle management method in pharmacy management can improve the quality of drug management and pharmacy service satisfaction.
