摘要
目的探讨PDCA(plan-do-check-action cycle,PDCA)循环管理方法在护理继续教育管理中的运用效果,以提高护理继续教育质量和实效。方法在护理继续教育管理中运用PDCA循环管理方法,即调查和分析护理人员对护理继续教育的需求和护理工作存在问题,制订护理继续教育项目并实施,同时做好效果跟踪和信息反馈,总结经验,循环反复,不断提高继续教育质量。结果在护理继续教育管理中运用PDCA循环管理方法后护理人员对继续教育质量满意度、病人对护理工作满意度和整体护理质量均较实施前有明显提高,经统计学分析,均P<0.001,差异具有统计学意义。结论将PDCA循环管理方法应用于护理继续教育管理中具有前瞻性和实用性,使护理人员的继续教育适应医院的发展方向和护理岗位需求,促进护理继续教育质量的持续性改进,进而促进护理质量的不断提高。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of plan-do-check-action(PDCA) cycle in the management of nursing continuing education.Methods PDCA cycle was applied in the management of nursing continuing education.The demands of nursing staff for nursing continuing education and the problems existing in their nursing work were investigated and analyzed.Then the continuing education programs were designed and implemented.Meanwhile effectiveness follow-up and feedbacks and the summary of experiences were repeated in cycles for the improvement of training quality.Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle,nursing staff's satisfaction to continuing education and patients' satisfaction to nursing work and nursing quality were obviously improved,and the differences were significant(P〈0.001).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in the management is prospective and practical,adapting the training to the development of hospitals and the requirements of nursing posts,and improving continuing education and nursing quality.
