摘要
镍基高温合金是我国产量最大、使用量最大的一种高温合金,在高温条件下具有优异的抗热腐蚀性能、高温抗氧化能力,良好的疲劳性能和断裂韧性以及优异的抗蠕变性能,广泛应用于航空航天、运输、航海及核电工业领域。热处理工艺作为提高镍基合金材料综合性能的有利手段之一,专家学者们进行了大量的研究。本文概述了镍基高温合金热处理工艺的研究现状及发展趋势,希望能够为相关领域的研究人员起到一定的参考作用。
Nickel-based super-alloy is the largest production and consumption super-alloy in China.It has excellent thermal corrosion resistance,high temperature oxidation resistance,good fatigue performance&fracture toughness,and excellent creep resistance under high temperature conditions.It is widely used in aerospace,transportation,navigation and nuclear power industries.As one of the beneficial means to improve the overall performance of nickel-based alloy materials,the heat treatment process has been studied by experts and scholars.The research status and development trend of the heat treatment process of nickel-based super-alloys have been summarized in the text,it is hoped to play a certain reference role for researchers in related fields.
