摘要
以Web前端开发职业技能等级证书为例,探讨了高职院校1+X证书制度的实施策略。要对接企业,将1+X证书嵌入到人才培养方案中;重构课程体系,优化教学资源;依托产教融合平台,打造1+X混编师资团队;创新课堂教学模式,深化1+X课堂改革;完善1+X证书认证机制和保障机制,推进书证融通,旨在探索出一条校企深度融合且卓有成效的教学改革之路。
Through taking web front-end development professional skill level certificate as an example,the research explores the implement strategies of 1+X certificate system in the higher vocational college.It is suggested to connect with the enterprise,and implant 1+X certificate into talent training;reconstruct course system,optimize teaching resource;rely on industry and education integration platform,create 1+X mixed teaching staff;innovate course teaching mode,deepen 1+X course reform;perfect 1+X certificate authentication and guarantee mechanism,and promote documentary evidence,in order to explore the way of excellent teaching reform under the deep school-enterprise deep integration.
