准格尔露天矿高品质煅烧高岭土分选工艺研究 被引量:9

Research on separation processing of high-quality calcined kaolin in Zhungeer Open-pit Mine

摘要 以准格尔露天矿煤矸石为研究对象,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)对煤矸石的特性进行检测,通过图像法、磨矿、磁选、煅烧等方法,探索了以其为原料制备高品质煅烧高岭土的工艺及相关参数。结果表明:经原矿—图像法—颚式破碎机—高速多功能粉碎机—超细粉碎机—筛分—磁选—干燥—煅烧工艺,煅烧产品白度值由75.25%提高到95.06%,TiO_(2)含量下降了0.19%,Fe_(2)O_(3)含量下降了0.35%,达到了高品质煅烧高岭土的白度标准。 Taking coal gangue from Zhungeer open-pit mine as the research object,X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF)were used to detect the characteristics of coal gangue,and the process and related parameters for preparing high-quality calcined kaolin from it as a raw material were explored by using the image method,grinding,magnetic separation,calcination and other methods.The results show that the whiteness value of the calcined product is increased from 75.25%to 95.06%by the process of raw ore—image method—jaw crusher—high-speed multifunctional crusher—superfine grinder—screening—magnetic separation—drying—calcining.The content of TiO_(2) has dropped by 0.19%,and the content of Fe_(2)O_(3) has dropped by 0.35%.The product has reached the whiteness standard of high-quality calcined kaolin.
