摘要
介绍了磁选技术基本原理,包括基础理论以及不同类型的磁选设备;进而详细探讨磁选技术在选煤中的应用,重点介绍了原煤预选中除铁器的应用、选煤过程中的磁选脱硫技术、重介悬浮液回收净化的工艺流程和煤矸石磁选法除铁以实现资源回收利用。从工作原理、结构特点、适用情况等方面全面剖析了不同磁选设备和工艺的关键技术。展望了磁选技术在选煤领域的发展趋势。
This paper presents the basic principle of magnetic separation technology,covering the basic theory and different types of magnetic separation equipment.Furthermore,the application of magnetic separation technology in coal preparation is discussed in detail.Emphasis is placed on the application of iron removal in raw coal pre-preparation,magnetic separation desulfurization technology in coal preparation,the recycling and purification process of heavy-medium suspension,and magnetic separation of coal gangue for resource recovery and utilization.The key technologies of different magnetic separation equipment and processes are comprehensively analyzed from the perspectives of working principle,structural characteristics,and application.Finally,the development trend of magnetic separation technology in the coal preparation field is prospected.
