摘要
在日本对电气用品的市场准入制度中,锂离子电池属于非特定电气用品,在日本市场上销售,须通过自我声明或委托第三方机构测试的方式,确认符合规定的技术基准,并在标签上添加圆形PSE标志。现行的标准有两个,分别是别表第九和J62133(H28)。基于实际的检测经验,对这两个标准进行简要解析,供相关人员参考。
In the market access system for electrical products of Japan,lithium ion batteries belong to non-specific electrical products.To be sold in Japanese market,it’s required to confirm the compliance with the specified technical standards by means of self-declaration or testing in a thirdparty laboratory,and the PSE Circle Mark must be added on label.There are two current standards,namely,Attached-Table 9 & J62133(H28).Based on actual testing experience,this pater gives a brief analysis of above two standards for reference.
