摘要
铜箔生产线上横幅的控制是一个非常重要的环节,一个好的传控系统能确保铜箔产品的质量,提高生产效率。为了解决目前国内铜箔生产设备控制精度较低的问题,研制了一套适用于铜箔条幅控制系统。文章介绍一种箔材控制系统,该系统主要由检测设备、处理平台及传动控制装置组成。全系统形成闭环自动控制系统,减少人工调整,大大提高生产效率。
The control of the banner on the copper foil production line is a very important link.A good transmission and control system can ensure the quality of copper foil products and improve production efficiency.In order to solve the problem of low control accuracy of domestic copper foil production equipment,a set of control system suitable for copper foil banners has been developed.This article introduces a foil control system,which is mainly composed of detection equipment,processing platform and transmission control device.The whole system forms a closed-loop automatic control system,which reduces manual adjustments and greatly improves production efficiency.
