摘要
介绍了豆制品废水的资源化利用现状,并论述了豆制品废水的资源化利用途径,包括培养微生物、以黄浆水为原料加工食品以及膜技术分离黄浆水有价组分3种利用途径,之后介绍了不同利用途径的优势及局限性,最后对未来豆制品废水的资源化利用方法进行了展望。
The current status of resource utilization of soybean wastewater was introduced,and the resourceful utilization ways of soybean wastewater were discussed,including cultivating microorganisms,processing food with yellow slurry water as raw material,and membrane technology to separate valuable components of yellow slurry water.The advantages and limitations of different utilization methods were analyzed,and finally the future resource utilization trend of soybean wastewater was prospected.
