摘要
【目的】为探明氯氟氰虫酰胺注干剂在松树体内的持效时间。【方法】采用高效液相色谱法测定不同时期松树体内氯氟氰虫酰胺的含量。【结果】注干施药后5~120 d均可从样树的枝条中检测到氯氟氰虫酰胺,注药剂量为10 mL时药后15 d含量达到高峰,为16.54 mg/kg,药后120 d含量为1.24 mg/kg。【结论】松树注药5~120 d内枝条上氯氟氰虫酰胺药液浓度均高于其对松材线虫的LC_(50)值而对松材线虫和松褐天牛等有防治抑制作用。
[Objective]This study was conducted to find out the durative time of dry injection of cyhalodiamide in pines.[Method]The contents of cyhalodiamide in pine trees at different times were determined by High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).[Result]After 5-120 days,cyhalodiamide could be detected in the branches of the pine trees.The content of cyhalodiamide reached a peak of 16.54 mg/kg at 15 days and 1.24 mg/kg at 120 days,and the LC_(50) value was 0.685 mg/kg determined by the toxicity test.[Conclusion]The LC_(50) value of cyhalodiamide in the branches of pine trees was higher than that of pine wood nematode from 5 to 120 days after the injection of cyhalodiamide,and so it could inhibit Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and Monochamus alternatus.
