摘要
选用20%乐果水乳剂在螺旋粉虱成虫产卵高峰期采用树干注射法进行防治,采用气相色谱法分析了乐果在印度紫檀叶片中的吸收分布。结果表明,采用树干注射法施药,20%乐果水乳剂对螺旋粉虱具有显著的防治效果;乐果在印度紫檀叶片中的含量随着时间的变化先增加后降低,在14 d左右达到浓度高峰。
20% Dimethoate EW was selected to be injected in the trunk of the red sandalwood during the oviposition peaks of Aleurodicus dispersus Russell.The dimethoate concentrations in the red sandalwood leaves were analyzed by gas chromatography.The results showed that trunk-injection of dimethoate had remarkable efficacy on controlling of Aleurodicus dispersus Russell.The concentration of dimethoate in the red sandalwood leaves first increased following trunk-injection,then decreased at 14 days.
