摘要
随着我国进入新的发展阶段,产业升级和经济结构调整不断加快,各行各业对技术技能人才也提出了更高的要求。如何培养出符合市场标准、满足产业发展需求的人才,是高职教育面临的挑战和机遇。课程改革是高职教育改革的核心和切入点,在产业主导思维的作用下,高职课程改革必须与工作岗位对接。文章以“水污染治理技术”课程为例,分析了基于MES模式进行高职院校课程改革的可行性,探讨了建立岗位职责描述表、构建优质MES教学模块、完善实践体验平台等高职课程改革措施。
As our country enters a new stage of development,industrial upgrading and economic restructuring continue to accelerate,and all walks of life put forward higher requirements for technical talents.How to cultivate talents that meet market standards and appealing to industry development need is a challenge and opportunity faced by higher vocational education.Curriculum reform is the core and entry point of higher vocational education reform.Under the influence of industry-led thinking,higher vocational curriculum reform must be connected to the job position.Taking the course of“Water pollution control technology”as an example,this paper analyzes the feasibility of curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges based on the MES mode,and discusses the ways of higher vocational curriculum reform through establishing the job description table,building the high-quality MES teaching module,improving the practical experience platform,etc.
