摘要
通过对中西部13个省份高校24395名学生开展调查,探测中西部高校人才培养能力水平的研究发现:中西部高校人才培养能力处于中等略偏上水平;中西部高校人才培养能力在地区、年级、学科上均表现出显著差异。提升中西部高校人才培养能力,需要加强师资队伍建设,提升中西部高校师资保障能力;以强化课程建设为核心,增强中西部高校课程供给能力;加大国家支持力度,重点提升西部高校人才培养能力;推动教育信息化建设,提升本科高年级人才培养能力;重视学科建设,提升中西部高校学科基础能力。
Through a survey of 24395 students from 13 provinces in central and western China,this paper explores the level of talent training ability in colleges and universities in central and western China.As is found in the study,the talent training ability of colleges and universities in central and western China is above average,but there are marked differences in regions,grades and disciplines.To improve the talent training ability of colleges and universities in central and western China,efforts should be made to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,enhance the guarantee ability of teachers in colleges and universities in those places,increase the national support,focus on improving the talent training ability of colleges and universities in those regions,promote the construction of education informatization,and enhance the ability of talent cultivation for senior undergraduate students,and attach importance to the discipline construction so as to boost the discipline basic ability of colleges and universities in central and western China.
