摘要
本文以大量试验数据为基础,总结了生产实践中用XRD法精确定量蒙脱石含量的方法及影响因素。试验证明:人工处理、结晶程度会导致蒙脱石第一主峰发生变形,不能作为定量的依据,而0.448nm处的特征峰可以作为定量的重要依据;样品加工时,温湿度可以使蒙脱石第一主峰d值发生变化,但d_((001))值可以恢复。
Based on a large amount of experimental data,this paper summarizes the methods and influencing factors for the accurate quantification of montmorillonite content by XRD method in production practice.The test proves that:the artificial treatment and the degree of crystallization can lead to the deformation of the first main peak of montmorillonite,which cannot be used as a basis for quantification,while the characteristic peak at 0.448nm can be used as an important basis for quantification;the temperature and humidity can make the first main peak d value of montmorillonite change when the sample is processed,but the d_((001)) value can be recovered.
