摘要
全媒体时代,思政教育支点和教育场域都发生了剧变,教育的主客体关系也因此面临着嬗变的危机.一方面,重“教”轻“育”割裂了主客体需求的统一性.另一方面,泛在的教育场域消解了主客体的身份差别.重构高校思政教育主体话语权,就必须深入考察全媒体时代学生的认知行为规律,主动调整教育语态,善用“大思政课”.根据“三种需要理论”,结合中国高校思政教育特点,高校学生在思政教育中具有不同程度的成就需要、参与需要、归属需要.只有学生在学习过程中的成就感、参与感、归属感被满足,思政教育才能从根本上解决吸引力弱化、影响力不足的问题.
In the all media era,fulcrum and field of ideological and political education have undergone dramatic changes,and the relationship between subject and object of education is also facing the crisis of transmutation.On one hand?the emphasis on teaching and education cut off the unity of the demand of the subject and the object.On the other hand?the ubiquitous educational field dispels the identity difference between the subject and the object.To reconstruct the discourse power of the ideological and political education subjects in colleges and universities,we must deeply investigate the cognitive behavior rules of students in the all media era?adjust the language of education actively and make good use of the u large ideological and political lesson".From the u three-needs theory",college students have different degrees of achievement,participation and belonging needs in ideological and political education.When the students'sense of achievement,participation and belonging are satisfied?ideological and political education can fundamentally solve the problems of weakening attraction and insufficient influence.
