摘要
针刺疗法是以中医理论为指导,运用针刺防治疾病的一种方法,具有适应证广、疗效明显、操作方便、经济安全等优点。临床实践证明,针刺治疗眼部疾病有显著疗效,尤其在近视、弱视、视神经萎缩以及青光眼等眼病的治疗方面,可以有效改善患者的视觉功能。其机制尚不完全清楚,一般认为针刺可通过刺激特定穴位,循经络传导调节眼周微循环,改善病理状态,进而提高患者的视觉质量。近年来,为了更深入了解针刺的作用及机制,研究人员通过对人体的针刺开展视觉功能、视网膜中央动脉血流、视觉电生理、视觉相关脑区等方面研究,通过针刺动物模型进行分子与细胞水平方面的研究,分别从相对宏观和微观的角度阐述针刺改善视功能的机制,均取得了许多新成果,本文对此进行综述。
Acupuncture therapy is a method of needling to prevent and treat diseases under the guidance of the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.It has the advantages of wide indications,obvious curative effect,convenient operation,economical safety and so on.Clinical practice has proved that acupuncture has significant effects in the treatment of eye diseases,especially in the treatment of myopia,amblyopia,optic atrophy,and glaucoma,which can effectively improve the visual function of patients.The mechanism is not fully understood.It is generally believed that acupuncture can regulate the microcirculation around the eyes by stimulating specific acupoints and sequential meridians conduction,improve the pathological state,and then improve the visual quality of patients.In recent years,in order to gain a deeper understanding of the effects and mechanisms of acupuncture,researchers have carried out studies on visual function,central retinal artery blood flow,visual electrophysiology,and visual-related brain areas through acupuncture on the human body,and through acupuncture on animal models to carry out molecular and cellular research.The mechanism of acupuncture improving vision is elaborated from a relatively macroscopic and microscopic perspectives.Many new achievements have emerged.This article will review them.
