摘要
依托创新创业活动培养医学生科研能力、创新能力,是实施以“执业能力”为导向的三导向人才培养目标之一。通过对我校大学生参加创新创业活动的现状进行调查,总结创新创业活动中存在的问题并提出建议,进一步推动医学教育教学改革,提升人才培养质量,为国家培养出高素质的优秀医学人才。
Relying on innovation and entrepreneurship activities to cultivate medical students'scientific research ability and innovation ability is one of the three oriented talent training objectives guided by“professional ability”.By investigating the current situation of college students participating in innovation and entrepreneurship activities,the existing problems in innovation and entrepreneurship activities was summarized,and recommendations was made,so as to further promote the reform of medical education and teaching,improve the quality of talent training,and cultivate high-quality excellent medical talents for the country.
