摘要
传统的PID控制无法对真空卷绕镀膜机蒸镀过程进行优化处理,导致膜原材料的浪费且耗费大量的人力、物力。针对以上问题,实现整个工艺流程的优化和主要参数的监测。从实际的生产设备和主要技术参数出发,设计了一套以PLC为核心,结合智能仪表以及自整定模糊PID控制算法的真空卷绕镀膜机控制系统。然后,用MATLAB对模糊PID控制算法进行仿真并对比结果,实现对系统参数的优化处理。此系统已应用于兰州真空科技有限责任公司的生产中。
Traditional PID control cannot optimize the vapor deposition process of the vacuum roll coating machine, which results in a waste of film raw materials and consumes a lot of manpower and material resources. In view of the above problems, to realize the optimization of the entire process flow and the monitoring of the main parameters. Starting from the actual production equipment and main technical parameters, a set of control system for vacuum winding coating machine with PLC as the core, combined with intelligent instruments and self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm is designed. Then, it uses MATLAB to simulate the fuzzy PID control algorithm and compares the results to achieve the optimization of the system parameters. This system has been used in Lanzhou Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd.
