摘要
辽宁自贸试验区建设是振兴东北老工业基地的重要引擎。基于此,利用辽宁2007—2019年14个城市面板数据,采用双重差分模型,实证检验了辽宁自贸试验区建设对产业结构升级的影响。结果表明,辽宁自贸试验区建设对产业结构升级、产业结构绿色化,以及产业结构高级化均存在显著的正向促进作用,而对产业结构合理化却存在反向抑制作用。由此,可以得出明确功能定位和规划、建立联动发展机制的政策启示。
The construction of Liaoning Pilot Free Trade Zone is an important engine for revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China.Based on this,this paper uses the panel data of 14 cities in Liaoning from 2007 to 2019 and adopts the double difference model,to empirically test the impact of the construction of Liaoning Pilot Free Trade Zone on the upgrading of industrial structure.The results show that the construction of Liaoning Pilot Free Trade Zone has a significant positive role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,the greening of industrial structure and the upgrading of industrial structure,but has a negative inhibitory effect on the rationalization of industrial structure.Finally,the policy enlightenment of clarifying the functional orientation and planning and establishing the linkage development mechanism is obtained.
