摘要
目的探讨CT诊断肾上腺疾病的影像学结果及临床应用价值。方法选择2015年1月—2021年6月该院收诊治疗52例肾上腺疾病患者进行观察研究,均接受多排螺旋CT诊断,以手术病理结果为金标准,分析诊断结果,归纳总结患者不同肾上腺疾病影像特征。结果52例肾上腺疾病患者中9例为双侧患病;43例患者为单侧患病,其中21例患者病灶位于左侧,22例患者病灶位于右侧。经病理诊断,非肿瘤及良性肿瘤病变患者共13例,占比25.00%,包括肾上腺增生、肾上腺血肿;潜在恶性肿瘤病变患者共18例,占比34.62%,包括肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤等;恶性肾上腺肿瘤病变患者共21例,占比40.38%,包括肾上腺皮质癌、肾上腺转移瘤等。CT诊断准确率为98.08%。结论通过CT鉴别诊断肾上腺疾病具有影像清晰、准确性高等特点,能够为临床疾病诊治提供可靠影像支持,值得临床运用且推广。
Objective To explore the imaging results and clinical application value of CT in diagnosing adrenal diseases.Methods From January 2015 to June 2021,52 patients with adrenal diseases were admitted and treated in the hospital for observation and research,all of whom were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT.Taking the surgical pathological results as the gold standard,the diagnosis results were analyzed,and the imaging characteristics of the patients with different adrenal diseases were summarized.Results Of the 52 patients with adrenal disease,9 had bilateral disease and 43 had unilateral disease,with 21 patients with lesions on the left and 22 on the right.According to pathological diagnosis,there were 13 patients with non-tumor and benign tumor lesions,accounting for 25.00%,including adrenal hyperplasia,adrenal hematoma.There were 18 patients with potential malignancy,accounting for 34.62%,including pheochromocytoma,etc.There were 21 patients with malignant adrenal neoplasms,accounting for 40.38%,including adrenal cortical carcinoma and adrenal metastatic tumor.CT diagnostic accuracy was 98.08%.Conclusion The differential diagnosis of adrenal diseases by CT has the characteristics of clear images and high accuracy,which can provide reliable image support for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
