摘要
目的:开发一种可视化的方剂记忆法,用于提高初学者方剂记忆效果和锻炼中医象思维能力。方法:利用三角形等几何图形为记忆桩,以麻黄汤、桂枝汤、大承气汤等为研究对象,一首方剂有几味药就选择几边形来作为记忆桩。对几何图形进行意义赋值:一个角代表一味中药并将中药简称标注于角内,角与角连接的线段旁附注两药配伍所起功效,每个角上绘以中药谐音形象(趣味记忆法),几何图中心空白处则以风、寒、湿等简图类比主治证候。结果:运用WPS等软件能够完成多首方剂、加减方剂的记忆图绘制。该方剂记忆法与歌诀等记忆法相比,具有可视性、趣味性、包容性、清晰性等多重优点,也可与方剂歌诀等配合使用,形成图、文、言一体的表征方式。结论:该方法不仅能提升对中药方剂组成、功效、配伍等的记忆效果,还能够锻炼具象思维能力,培养对方剂整体配伍的认知能力,进而逐渐构建起一种图文结合的象思维模式。
Objective:To develop a visual mnemonics for formula that will improve the memory effect of formula and exercise the thinking ability of TCMxiangthinking.Methods:The subjects included Ephedra decoction,Guizhi decoction and Dachengqi decoction etc..Use triangular equi-geometry or else geometry to memorize piles,and a formula with a few flavors will choose the geometry with same amount sides as a memory pile.Then mean assignment for geometry:a corner represented a traditional Chinese medicine and labeled the abbreviation in the corner,along the line of angle and angle connection was noted the effect of the compatibility of the two drugs,on the each corner was splited the image of Chinese medicine homophonic,on the geometrical center blank was painted with wind,cold,wet and other schematic to compare the main symptoms and signs.Results:The WPS and other software can be used to complete the memory map of multiple formulas and add formula.Compared with traditional formula\s song,this method with visual,interesting,inclusive,clear and other multiple advantages,will form the representation of picture,text and speech,if in conjunction with formula\s song.Conclusion:This method can not only improve the memory effect of composition,efficacy and compatibility of formulas,but also train the cognitive ability of the whole compatibility of formulas.It can cultivate the ability of concrete thinking,and then gradually construct a kind of xiangthinking mode combined with picture and text.
