摘要
目的探讨糖尿病合并中风后遗症中药针灸疗法的作用及对生活能力(ADL)评分的影响。方法选取2019年4月—2021年2月该院收治的70例糖尿病合并中风后遗症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法进行分组,各35例,对照组接受常规西药治疗,治疗组接受中药针灸疗法,对两组患者治疗前后的日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分、美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)的变化、临床治疗总有效率进行观察。结果治疗前,患者的ADL评分、NIHSS评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、ET-1、NO对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组的NIHSS评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、ET-1均明显降低,ADL评分、NO均显著提升,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者临床治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并中风后遗症患者实施中药针灸疗法具有良好的效果,不仅能够降低血糖水平,同时能够改善生活质量与神经功能缺损情况。
Objective To investigate the effect of diabetes and stroke sequelae and TCM acupuncture therapy on the score of life ability(ADL).Methods From April 2019 to February 2021,70 patients with diabetes and stroke sequelae admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into groups by random number table,35 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment and the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion.The activity of daily living(ADL) score,the National Institutes of Health Neurological Impairment Score(NIHSS) score,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and serum endothelin-1(ET-1),the changes of nitric oxide(NO) before and after treatment and the total effective rate of clinical treatment between the two groups of patients were observed.Results Before treatment,the patients’ ADL score,NIHSS score,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,ET-1,and NO were not statistically significant different(P>0.05);after treatment,the NIHSS score,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and ET-1 of the treatment group were significantly reduced,and ADL score and NO were significantly increased.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of clinical treatment of patients in the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of TCM acupuncture therapy for patients with diabetes combined with stroke sequelae has good effects,which can not only reduce blood glucose levels,but also improve the quality of life and neurological defects.
