摘要
目的:评价丹红通经方加减结合西药治疗急性脑梗死后遗症的效果及对患者神经功能、日常生活能力的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年6月我院收治的84例急性脑梗死后遗症患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,各42例。实行常规西药治疗联合丹红通经方加减的为观察组,实行单一西药治疗的为参照组,比较治疗效果。结果:参照组的神经功能评分以及日常生活能力评分均高于观察组;和参照组的治疗有效率相比,观察组相对较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红通经方加减结合西药治疗,能够改善急性脑梗死后遗症患者的神经功能评分以及日常生活能力评分,提高治疗效果。
Objective:To study the effect of Danhong Tongjing recipe combined with western medicine on the patients with sequelae of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on the patients’nerve function and daily life ability.Methods:84 patients with sequelae of acute cerebral infarction from January 2019 to June 2020 were included in the experimental study.Among them,the routine treatment of western medicine combined with Danhong Tongjing prescription is the observation group,and the single western medicine treatment is the reference group,and the therapeutic effect is compared.Results:The scores of nerve function and daily life ability in the reference group were higher than those in the observation group.Compared with the effective rate of treatment in the reference group,the observation group was relatively high,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danhong Tongjing prescription combined with western medicine can improve the neurological function score and daily life ability score of patients with sequelae of acute cerebral in-farction,and can also improve the therapeutic effect.
