摘要
目的研究对2型糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者应用柴芍六君子汤加减治疗的近远期疗效与价值。方法选取2019年3月—2020年11月该院收治的2型糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者40例,以随机数表法将其平均分成研究组(n=20)和对照组(n=20),全部接受常规治疗,给予对照组盐酸甲氧氯普胺进行治疗,研究组则在对照组基础上增加柴芍六君子汤加减治疗。比照两组患者的近远期疗效、不良反应、胃动素水平与胃排空时间。结果研究组患者的近期治疗、远期治疗的总有效率均略高于对照组患者,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者的胃动素水平与胃排空时间均显著下降,且研究组患者的下降幅度比对照组患者更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者应用柴芍六君子汤加减治疗具有积极作用,近期与远期的疗效均十分理想,能缓解患者的临床症状,可缩短胃排空时间,并使患者的胃动素水平显著下降,同时能确保治疗安全性,减少不良反应发生的可能性,改善患者的治疗体验,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the short-term and long-term efficacy and value of Chaishao Liujunzi decoction for patients with type 2 diabetic gastroparesis.Methods Selected 40 patients with type 2 diabetic gastroparesis who were treated in the hospital from March 2019 to Norember 2020.They were equally divided into the study group(n=20) and the control group(n=20) by a random number table,and all received conventional treatment.The latter was given metoclopramide hydrochloride for treatment,and the former was treated with Chaishao Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the latter.Compared the short-term and long-term efficacy,adverse reactions,motilin levels and gastric emptying time of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rates of the study group patients were slightly higher than the control group patients,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was significantly lower;than that of the control group,Comparison with prior treatment,motilin levels and gastric emptying time decreased significantly in both groups after treatment,and the decline in the study group was more pronounced than in the control patients,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic gastroparesis has a positive effect,and the short-term and long-term curative effects are very satisfactory.It can alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patient,shorten the gastric emptying time,and significantly reduce the patient’s motilin level.At the same time,it can ensure the safety of treatment,reduce the possibility of adverse reactions,and improve the patient’s treatment experience.It is worthy of promotion and application.
