摘要
目的探讨晚期子宫内膜癌患者采用醋酸甲羟孕酮片联合顺铂和紫杉醇注射液治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2016年8月至2020年8月间陕西省康复医院收治的80例晚期子宫内膜癌患者,采用盲选法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用顺铂和紫杉醇注射液治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗,比较两组患者近期治疗效果及治疗前后肿瘤标志物变化。结果观察组患者近期治疗有效率为72.5%,高于对照组的50.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清肿瘤标志物水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清肿瘤标志物水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论晚期子宫内膜癌患者采用醋酸甲羟孕酮片联合顺铂和紫杉醇注射液治疗,近期效果较好,可降低肿瘤标志物水平,对病情控制有利。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets combined with cisplatin and paclitaxel injection in patients with advanced endometrial cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced endometrial cancer who were admitted to Shaanxi Rehabilitation Hospital were select-ed from August 2016 to August 2020.They were assigned to an observation group and a control group using blind selection method with 40 patients in each group.The observation group received medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets combined with cisplatin and paclitaxel injection and the control group only received cisplatin and paclitaxel injection.The short-term treatment efficacy and the changes in tumor markers were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The short-term efficacy rate was 72.5%in the observation group,which was significantly lower than the 50.0%of the control group(P<0.05).The difference in tumor markers was not statistically significant between the groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum tumor markers decreased in the two groups.Moreover,the levels were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion For ad-vanced endometrial cancer,medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets combined with cisplatin and paclitaxel in-jection not only has a significant short-term efficacy,but also reduces the level of tumor markers,which is beneficial to control of patients'condition.
