摘要
随着电气化铁路运营速度的不断提升,接触线性能要求越来越高。分析了接触线材料在不同工作条件和环境下的性能要求,其中最重要的是强度、导电率和抗高温软化性能;总结了不同种类接触线材料(纯铜、铜银、铜锡、铜镁、铜铬锆)的性能特点及研究现状,包括强化机制、工艺特点以及存在的问题;提出高强高导铜合金接触线是未来的发展趋势,现有合金体系性能优化、新型合金体系开发以及先进生产工艺和装备的开发是我国接触线产业的发展方向。
The performance requirements for contact wires are more and more critical as the continuous increase of the operation speed of electrified railway.The performance demands for contact wires applied under different working conditions and environments were analyzed,and it was found that strength,conductivity and high temperature softening resistance are the most important properties.The characteristics and recent progresses in strengthening mechanism,production process and existing problem of several kinds of contact wires,e.g.,Cu,Cu-Ag,Cu-Sn,Cu-Mg and Cu-Cr-Zr alloy,were summarized.Copper alloy with high strength and good conductivity is considered as the development trend of high-speed electrified railway contact wire,and the future work should be focused on the optimization of existing alloys,exploration of new highperformance alloy systems,and development of advanced production technology and equipment.
