摘要
以CNTs-g-CEB、VCM为原料,通过原位接枝聚合反应制备了CNTs-g-PVC,采用拉曼光谱、TGA、透射电镜等方法对其进行了表征,考察了其热性能、太阳光热转换特性和拉伸性能。结果表明:CNTs成功接枝到了PVC上,且呈现出“海-岛”结构,CNTs在“岛”中呈随机分散状态.CNTs-g-PVC具有出色的热性能、太阳光热转换特性和拉伸性能。相同CNTs含量条件下,CNTs-g-PVC复合材料的性能均优于羧基化CNTs/PVC共混材料。
CNTs-g-PVCs were prepared by in-situ graft polymerization with CNTs-g-CEB and VCM as raw materials,and were characterized by Raman spectroscopy,TGA and transmission electron microscopy.Their thermal properties,solar photothermic conversion characteristics and tensile properties were investigated.The results showed that CNTs were successfully grafted onto PVC and showed a"Sea-Island"structure.CNTs were randomly dispersed in the"island".CNTs-g-PVC had excellent thermal properties,solar photothermic conversion characteristics and tensile properties.When the CNTs content was same,CNTs-g-PVC composites had better properties than carboxylated CNTs/PVC blends.
