考虑多跑道运行模式的进离场航班排序优化模型 被引量:8

摘要 针对机场的跑道可以分为专门起飞、专门降落或者混合起降模式的情况,考虑多跑道运行模式对航班的进离场排序影响,和不同机型的起起、起降、降起、降降航班之间尾流安全间隔差异,建立该问题的一类多目标混合整数规划模型,将航班分配给不同跑道,确定它们在相应跑道的进离场时间,追求航班延误和跑道利用率之间均衡。根据问题特征,采用NSGA-II求解模型的Pa⁃reto解,定义了编码结构、产出初始种群的启发式算法等。最后,通过某机场的航班进离场数值仿真,给出了不同跑道数下的优化方案,并对本模型与传统模型进行比较分析,验证模型的有效性。 A multi-objective integrated optimization model of runway assignment and flight scheduling was proposed to assign each flight to a runway and determine its departure time.In this model,each runway could be classified into special takeoff,landing,or mixed takeoff and landing modes.Different aircraft types and four operating modes(takeoff,landing,takeoff and landing)had different impacts on the wake safety interval of adjacent flights.The objectives were to minimize flight delays and maximize runway utilization.According to the characteristics of the problem,a fast-nondominant sequencing genetic algorithm with elite strategy was designed to solve the problem,where coding structure and heuristic algorithm for producing initial population were defined.Finally,taking the flight entry and departure of an airport as an example,the optimization scheme was given,the difference between the improved model and the traditional model was compared,and the parameter sensitivity of the model was also analyzed,which could verify the validity of the model.
