红色旅游景区旅游感知研究--以西柏坡为例 被引量:4

摘要 以红色旅游目的地西柏坡景区为研究对象,基于网络评论数据研究了游客对西柏坡旅游的感知特征.游客对西柏坡的旅游感知最突出的是“革命”“红色”“圣地”“爱国主义”等;游客对西柏坡的感知分为景观特质、旅游服务、旅游环境、旅游体验4个维度;消极感知主要为“管理”“停车场”“收费”等.通过网络语义和标签云分析发现,游客的主要感知是西柏坡的红色文化和历史教育价值,对管理服务和周边消费存在消极感知;积极和中性情感占大多数,存在消极情感,消极感知是未来管理主要改进的方向.红色景区管理具有特殊性,既要注重游客体验感,也要注重当地居民的参与,达到带动扶贫的目的.最后提出了加强景区服务管理、优化景区服务设施、丰富消费产品层次的建议,以促进西柏坡景区更好发展. Taking Xibaipo scenic,a red tourist destination,as the research object,this paper studies tourists perception characteristics of Xibaipo tourism based on online comment data.The most outstanding tourist perceptions of Xibaipo are"revolution","red","sacred land","patriotism"etc.Tourists'perception of Xibaipo is divided into four dimensions:landscape characteristics,tourism service,tourism environment and tourism experience.Negative perception are mainly"management","parking lot"and"charging".Through the analysis of network semantics and tag cloud,it is found that the main perception of tourists is Xibaipo's red culture and historical educational value,and there are negative perceptions of management service and surrounding consumption,positive and neutral emotions account for the majority,and there are negative emotions and negative perceptions are the main improvement direction of future management.The management of red scenic spot is unique.It should not only pay attention to the sense of tourist experience,but also to the participation of local residents in order to achieve the purpose of promoting poverty alleviation.Finally,suggestions on strengthening scenic spot service management,optimizing scenic spot service facilities,and enriching consumer product levels are proposed to promote the development of Xibaipo scenic spot.
