摘要
通过梳理当前国内外关于患者档案、精准医疗数据建设等相关文献资料,了解各自领域的具体研究进展,重点聚焦面向精准医疗服务的患者档案数据采集与分析工作。因此,首先确定其所需的基础数据要素,并选择多样化方式采集;其次,对病患数据进行集成归挡处理,并引入可视化工具——患者画像描绘评估,以辅助后续患者档案数据分析工作;最后,从精准预防、精准医药、精准治疗三个角度展望,阐释患者档案数据在精准医疗领域所能发挥的多元应用价值。
Through analyzing the current domestic and foreign literature on patient records,precision medical data construction,etc.,this paper shows the specific research progress in each field,and focuses on the collection and analysis of patient record data for precision medical services.Therefore,this study first determines the composition of the basic elements needed,and chooses diversified methods of collection.Secondly,the patient data needs to be archived,and the visualization tool-“patient portrait”is introduced to assist the subsequent analysis of patient record data.Finally,from the perspectives of precision prevention,precision medicine,and precision treatment,this paper analyzes the multiple application value of patient record data in the field of precision medicine.
