摘要
伴随着社会的深入发展,人们越发重视身体健康,医院收纳患者日益增多。这就要求医院可以做好有关的管理工作,从而提升工作质量和效率。若是想要得到较优的管理效果,可以将精益化管理模式引入其中,重视医院档案管理、医院资金预算以及住院部药房药品盘点环节,提升医院管理质量与效率,促使医院为国民提供更为优质的医疗服务。基于此,文章将主要分析精益管理概念以及精益化管理的运用构建措施。
With the in-depth development of society,people pay more and more attention to physical health,and the number of patients in hospital is increasing.This requires the hospital to do a good job in the relevant management work,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of work.If we want to get better management effect,we can introduce lean management mode into it,pay attention to hospital file management,hospital capital budget and pharmacy drug inventory of inpatient department,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of hospital management,encouraging hospitals to provide better quality medical services to citizens.Based on this,this paper will mainly analyze the concept of lean management and lean management construction measures.
