摘要
分别由香茅醇和四氢香叶醇进行溴化反应合成香茅基溴(1-溴-3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯)和四氢香叶基溴(1-溴-3,7-二甲基辛烷)。再以这两种溴代物为原料,分别与二甲胺、二乙胺、二正丙胺、吗啉反应合成得到8种氢化柠檬基叔胺。各化合物都用IR、^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR与MS分析方法表征了结构,并对叔胺的质谱分析数据进行了讨论。
Citronelloyl bromide(1-bromo-3,7-dimethyl-6-octene)and tetrahydrogeraniyl bromide(1-bromo-3,7-dimethyl-octane)were synthesized by bromination reaction of citronellol and tetrahydrogeraniol,respectively.Then the two bromides were used as raw materials and reacted with dimethylamine,diethylamine,din-propylamine and morpholine respectively to synthesize 8 kinds of hydrogenated citronyl tert-amines.The structures of all compounds were characterized by IR,^(1)HNMR,^(13)CNMR and MS,and the results of mass spectrometry of tertiary amines were discussed.
