摘要
植树活动不仅提供了新国家建设所必需的物质基础,还体现了新政权的国家能力建设,反映了国家一体化的进程。在近代兰州,刘郁芬的中山植树节比蒋介石的“总理纪念植树节”早了整整两年,反映了冯玉祥系在“中山符号资源”上的争夺;蒋介石“中正山”造林运动的启动,则标志着国民政府对西北前所未有的掌控。在现代国家构建过程中,植树成为一种炙手可热的精神资源,它是现代政权通过解决公共性问题以确立自身现代性,进而转化为现代化政绩的集中体现,其意义在边缘地区更为突出。
Afforestation not only provide the necessary material basis for the new state construction,but also reflect the national capacity building of the new regime and the process of national integration.In modern Lanzhou,Liu Yufen’s Zhongshan Tree Planting Day was two years earlier than Chiang Kaishek’s“Premier Memorial Tree Planting Day”,which reflected Feng Yuxiang’s struggle for“Zhongshan symbol resources”;The start of Chiang Kai Shek’s“Zhongzheng Mountain”afforestation movement indicated that the national government had no control over the Northwest.In the process of building a modern country,planting trees has become a hot spiritual resource.It is a means for modern political power to establish its own modernity by solving the public problems,and then transformed into a modern political achievement.Its significance is more prominent in the marginal areas.
