摘要
通过对医院零星修缮工程的现状分析,发现主要存在工程质量参差不齐、服务质量缺乏标准、工程量确认困难、工程单价无据可依等问题。提出加强制度化建设;加强人员专业技术培训,监管零星修缮工程质量;完善医院成本核算制度;明确审计计价标准,控制零星修缮工程造价等规范化管理的建议。
Through analyzing current situation of sporadic repairs project in hospital. The article finds the problems such as project quality is poor, lack of service standard, difficulty in confirmation of project quantities and lack of unit project price. It puts forward that strengthen the construction of of the systematization, strengthen the personnel technical training to enhance the supervision of project quality, improve the sys- tem of hospital cost accounting, define the standard of audition to control the expenses of project.
