摘要
在互联网等信息技术的推动下,我国农村电子商务的发展成为乡村振兴战略的重要推动力量,而专业人才建设成为农村电子商务发展的关键。现阶段,农村电子商务专业人才建设还存在很多问题,不仅影响了农村电子商务的发展,也限制了乡村振兴战略的实施。该文主要对乡村振兴背景下农村电子商务专业人才建设的重要性进行分析,并指出其存在的问题,从多个方面出发提出相应的对策建议,以强化专业人才建设,促进乡村振兴背景下农村电子商务的健康持续发展。
Driven by the Internet and other information technologies,the development of rural e-commerce in China has become an important driving force of Rural Revitalization Strategy,and the construction of professionals has become the key to the development of rural e-commerce.At this stage,there are still many problems in the construction of rural e-commerce professionals,which not only affects the development of rural e-commerce,but also limits the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.This article mainly analyzes the importance of the construction of rural e-commerce professionals under the background of rural revitalization,points out its existing problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from many aspects,in order to strengthen the construction of professional talents and promote the healthy and sustainable development of rural e-commerce under the background of Rural Revitalization.
