摘要
按照党中央、国务院部署,深入推进＂互联网＋＂现代农业行动将为乡村振兴战略高质量实施提供强有力的信息化支撑。本文运用实地调研和资料分析法,系统梳理了＂互联网＋＂现代农业取得的成效、面临的困难和问题。提出了深入推进＂互联网＋＂现代农业行动的实施路径：一是加快现代信息技术在农业全产业链中的融合应用,二是培育壮大农业农村数字经济,三是加快提升农业信息技术研发创新能力,四是加快推进＂三农＂综合信息服务。＂互联网＋＂是实施乡村振兴战略的重要驱动力,必将引领驱动农业全面升级、农村全面进步、农民全面发展。
In accordance with the deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and the State Council, the action of＂ Internet ＋＂ modern agriculture will be further promoted to provide the strongest support for the high-quality implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Using the meth- od of field research references analysis, the achievements, difficulties and problems of the ＂Internet ＋＂ modern agriculture has been sorted out systematically. The implementation path of the ＂ Internet ＋＂ modern agricultural action was put forward：First, accelerate the integration and application of modern information technology in the agricultural industrial chain;Second, cultivate and expand the agricultural and rural digital economy;Third, accelerate the improvement of agricultural information technology re-search and development and innovation capabilities. The fourth is to accelerate the promotion of the ＂three rural＂ comprehensive information services. ＂Internet ＋＂ is an important driving force for imple- menting the rural revitalization strategy. It can lead the overall upgrading of agriculture, comprehensive rural progress, and all-round development of farmers.
