硒化甘草多糖对雏鸡肠道组织形态的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究硒化甘草多糖对雏鸡肠道组织形态的影响,试验采用单因素试验设计,将280只1日龄的健康"京红一号"雏鸡随机分为4组,分别为甘草多糖组、硒化甘草多糖组、黄芪多糖组、对照组,每组70只,分别采集15,22,29,36,43日龄雏鸡的十二指肠、空肠、回肠,制作石蜡切片,H.E.染色,光学显微镜下观察雏鸡肠道组织形态的结构变化,测量十二指肠、空肠、回肠的肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度,计算绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值(V/C)。结果表明:15,22,29,36,43日龄时,硒化甘草多糖能显著促进雏鸡的肠道组织形态发育,十二指肠、空肠、回肠的肠绒毛伸展良好,走向平直,绒毛之间分界清晰,呈指状突起,绒毛饱满;对照组十二指肠、空肠、回肠的肠绒毛长度变短且数目稀少,肠绒毛排列紊乱,有明显的断裂。15,22,29,36,43日龄时,与对照组相比,硒化甘草多糖组雏鸡的肠绒毛高度增加、隐窝深度减小、V/C比值升高。说明硒化甘草多糖能够明显地影响雏鸡十二指肠、空肠和回肠的绒毛高度、隐窝深度,均能改善雏鸡在不同时期的肠道发育指标和肠道组织形态,促进雏鸡的肠道发育。 In order to study the effect of glycyrrhiza selenide polysaccharide on intestinal tissue morphology of chicks,a single factor experiment design was used in the experiment.2801-day-old healthy"Jinghong No.1"chicks were randomly divided into 4 groups,namely the glycyrrhiza polysaccharide group,glycyrrhiza selenide polysaccharide group,astragalus polysaccharides group,and control group,each group had 70 chicks.The duodenum,jejunum,and ileum of chicks aged 15,22,29,36,and 43 days were collected for paraffin sections and H.E.stain,respectively.The changes of intestinal tissue morphology were observed under light microscope.The villus height and crypt depth of duodenum,jejunum and ileum were measured,and the ratio of villus height to crypt depth(V/C)was calculated.The results showed that glycyrrhiza selenide polysaccharide could significantly promote the morphological development of chicks’intestinal tissue at 15,22,29,36,43 days.The intestinal villi of chicks’duodenum,jejunum and ileum were well extended and straight under light microscope,and the direction between the villi was clear,with finger-like protrusions,and the villi were full.The intestinal villi of duodenum,jejunum and ileum in the control group were short in length and few in number,and the intestinal villi were disordered with obvious breaks.Compared to the control group,the height of intestinal villi increased,the depth of crypts decreased,and the V/C ratio increased of chicks at 15,22,29,36,43 days of glycyrrhiza selenide polysacharide group.The results indicated that glycyrrhiza selenide polysaccharide could significantly affect the villus height and crypt depth of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of chicks,improve the intestinal development indexes of chicks in different periods,improve the morphology of intestinal tissues,and promote the intestinal development of chicks.
